To be eligible, you and your collaborator must be 18 years or over by August the 1st 2017. 

You both must be Australian Citizens and have current passports that expire no earlier than April the 31st, 2018.

You both must be able to leave the country for a maximum of 2 weeks in Sept/October 2017 and have not been refused entry into any country in the past.
